Turtle Office Staging Email Use Case

This page provides a minimal public description of the email sending use case for Amazon SES production access review.

Project status

The related application is a private development and staging project. The application itself is not published as a public marketing website.

Email type

The planned email type is transactional. Messages are expected to be low-frequency application-related emails, such as test notifications, operational notifications, or messages explicitly triggered by a user or application action.

Expected sending volume

The initial expected volume is fewer than 50 emails per day. No bulk campaigns are planned for this request.

Recipients

Recipients are limited to users who explicitly request or trigger application-related emails, such as test users, account owners, or application users. Purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party recipient lists are not used.

Marketing scope

Newsletter, promotional, and bulk marketing emails are outside the scope of this request. If marketing email is added in the future, opt-out or unsubscribe handling will be implemented before sending those messages.

Bounce and complaint handling

Bounce and complaint feedback will be monitored. Hard-bounced addresses and recipients that generate complaints will not continue to receive messages.

Privacy and security

This page intentionally does not publish SMTP credentials, access keys, passwords, AWS account identifiers, internal system details, or private contact addresses.
